Hotel Duty Manager

We’re on the lookout for a friendly and enthusiastic Hotel Duty Manager to join the ibis Sheffield City team! This role is part-time, working a minimum of 30 hours a week and it pays up to £12.21 per hour. Officially you’ll be known as a Guest Service Manager, which means you’ll get to do a bit of everything – working on Reception, serving in the bar and restaurant, supervising team members and maybe even pitching in the kitchen. Proven, recent hotel experience is essential as we need someone with two years of experience in hotel front office, who is confident using a computer and who understands the importance of working as a team. But most of all, we’re after someone outgoing, reliable, and committed to making every guest feel welcome.

If you’re ready to jump in, we’d love you to start as soon as possible! Shifts are a mix of midweek and weekends, with late, and some night shifts, and you’ll occasionally work solo. We use a weekly rota, so you’ll always know what’s coming up & will need to be available through academic holiday periods. Additional hours available to cover holidays & business demands. Sound good?
