Job Overview:
As a Prison Offender Manager, you will supervise and support low to medium risk prisoners, prepare and review sentence plans, and coordinate with other agencies to reduce reoffending. This non-operational role involves direct prisoner engagement, risk assessment, and contributing to rehabilitation strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience working with diverse individuals, including those with social or personal difficulties

• Understanding of offending-related factors, risk assessment, and offender management principles
