Job Overview:
As a Prison Offender Manager, you will assess and manage low to medium risk prisoners, prepare and review sentence plans, and provide guidance to support rehabilitation. You will work collaboratively with staff and external agencies, contributing to public safety and prisoner reintegration. This is a part-time, non-operational, rotational role with regular prisoner-facing duties.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English

• Experience working with individuals facing social or personal difficulties

• Knowledge of offender management, risk assessment, and criminal justice procedures

• Strong organisational, planning, and decision-making skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment

• Willingness to complete mandatory training and maintain professional standards
