DIRECTOR OF TALENT & CREATOR CREATIVE AGENCY MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE (This role is open to anyone in the UK) HYBRID WORKING £Creative agency based in Central Manchester is looking for a Director of Talent & Creator to join their expanding T&C team! This role is hybrid, and open to anyone living around Manchester, London or other UK areas. It is key that you have a wealth of experience across the talent & creator industry, brand partnerships and integrated campaigns.

Any experience within the sports, gaming and entertainment sectors is a real bonus. A deep understanding of talent contracts, creator platforms and measurement frameworks is essential, and you must have a strong network across talent agencies, management and platforms. You will be working with an existing roster of Talent & Creators, but an additional little black book of connections would be hugely advantageous.

With x4-6 direct reports, you will need strong experience in leading, growing and developing a team, nurturing talent and mentoring staff. Man-management skills & experience are essential, as you will be overseeing the T&C team on a day-to-day basis and building culture.
