THE ROLE:
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Head of Sales to take ownership of a high-performing m
edical devices business unit across the UK & Ireland. You’ll lead and inspire a team of Sales and Commercial Managers , driving growth, market share and customer engagement for a portfolio of trusted, life-saving medical technologies.Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll set the national sales strategy, oversee commercial and clinical execution, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Service, Product, and Customer Support to deliver a unified go-to-market plan. This role offers a genuine opportunity to make a lasting impact – combining strategic leadership with hands-on people development and customer focus.

THE PERSON:

• Proven success in senior sales leadership , ideally with second-line management experience.
• A strong background in medical devices, healthcare technology, or capital equipment sales .
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and people development skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to use data and CRM insight to drive performance.
• A collaborative, customer-focused approach and willingness to travel nationally.

• Basic salary: Highly competitive, depending on experience
