The Robert Half Permanent Division is currently seeking a Head of FP&A for an international Sales corporation with facilities in Milton Keynes.
The Position
As the Head of FP&A, you will be a dynamic director with a documented history of managing corporate growth at both tactical and functional tiers. You will partner closely with the CFO, Managing Director, and the executive team to facilitate data-driven choices and enhance organizational results. Your primary responsibilities include:

Serving as a vital financial consultant to the UK Board, CFO, and MD, helping to formulate strategy and establish the UK’s financial governance in alignment with international protocols.

Directing the assessment of significant tactical projects, specifically focusing on sales channel expansion and pricing structures.

Overseeing comprehensive performance oversight, managing forecasting, budgeting, KPI establishment, and margin evaluation to ensure financial targets are met with transparency.

Taking charge of financial projections and planning, including cost management, annual budgeting, investment reviews, and predictive modeling for agile leadership.

Mentoring and expanding a high-tier finance unit while promoting cross-departmental teamwork between the UK and global finance offices.
The Candidate
You must be a Certified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) currently operating at a Senior Commercial tier, such as a Commercial Finance Manager. Your background should include extensive work in FP&A, people leadership, and commercial oversight. Experience within a matrix-structured sales organization is highly advantageous.
