Location: Holiday Inn Swindon, Marlborough Road, Swindon SN3 6AQ

As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the management and leadership of a busy housekeeping department.

The Head Housekeeper will be the key representative within the hotel and will maintain proactive client and stakeholder relationships, along with ensuring guest satisfaction is delivered at all times.

Expectations:

• Consistently deliver a first-class cleaning standard

• Motivate the Housekeeping team to exceed client expectations

• Manage productivity, supervisory hours and weekly budgets

• Proactive maintenance reporting

• Ensure Housekeeping complies with the hotel’s brand standards

• Health & Safety management

• Training & developing team members to exceed expectations

Experience:

• Housekeeping experience in a hotel setting at management level is essential

• Excellent people management skills

• A welcoming, friendly and outgoing manner with passion to develop and motivate your team

• High attention to detail and quality

• Hands-on approach to support the housekeeping team

• Flexible working hours, including weekends

• Commercial understanding to meet productivity targets
