Job Opportunity: Carers & Support Workers – Swindon
We are currently recruiting experienced Carers and Support Workers to join our growing team in Swindon.You will be supporting service users across care, nursing, and residential homes, helping deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year UK experience in care, nursing, or residential settings
• Valid Right to Work in
• Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to supporting others
Responsibilities
• Providing personal care and emotional support
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Working collaboratively with care and nursing staff
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
