Teaching Assistant Role in Hammersmith and Fulham

The successful candidate will support pupils to make good academic progress, under the direction of the teacher and Inclusion leader. They will also set challenging and demanding expectations
and promote self-esteem and independence among students.Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Support pupils with emotional or social barriers to learning through group or 1:1 interventions.
• Establish constructive relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.
• Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. They will also be flexible, collaborative, and resilient, with a calm and professional manner.

Qualifications and Requirements
