High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry, with at least 1-2 years of experience.Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems to facilitate efficient service.Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
