As we expand into residential freehold housing management, we are looking for a skilled Groundskeeper to join our Fareham-based team. We pride ourselves on innovation and adding value for our clients, ensuring that every property we manage is running smoothly and looking its absolute best.

What You Need To Succeed

• Experience as a Groundskeeper with a track record of working in a similar role

• As this role requires travel to and from sites in Fareham and the surrounding area you will need a full valid U.K. driving licence

• Possess a PA1 and PA6 certificate of competence in the use and handling of herbicides (desired but not essential)

In this role, you will be responsible for the physical appeal and maintenance of our residential sites, working through a structured daily schedule of landscaping and repair tasks. Your day-to-day impact involves everything from professional landscaping and litter picking to assessing sites for specific maintenance issues and reporting them to your line manager. Armed with a company vehicle and full uniform, you will ensure that every site is left tidy and visually impressive, contributing directly to Virtu’s reputation for excellence in property care.
