Requirements and Skills

Role Overview
As a Graduate Support Associate, you are the critical link between the technical engineering teams and the world’s leading organizations. You will act as the first point of contact for complex client queries, ensuring that their AI implementations are running at peak performance. This is not a standard “helpdesk” role; it involves managing high-value accounts, collaborating on bespoke technical resolutions, and maintaining the high level of accuracy required for AI-driven legal and corporate solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Account Management: Build and maintain deep relationships with global stakeholders.

Technical Liaison: Work side-by-side with internal tech teams to troubleshoot and resolve client-specific AI challenges.

First-Response Strategy: Manage incoming queries and prioritize resolutions for high-priority accounts.

Quality Assurance: Ensure extreme attention to detail in technical documentation and client communications.

Continuous Learning: Rapidly get up to speed on the company’s proprietary AI and Legal Tech platforms.
Salary and Benefits

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum.
