Your Responsibilities

While the scope of the position is dynamic, primary duties include:

  • Vendor Investigation and Oversight:

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure premier vendors for diverse event necessities.

  • Perform comprehensive market scans to find suppliers for branding, event enhancements, and specific requirements.

  • Manage contract negotiations to balance service excellence with financial efficiency.

  • Cultivate vendor partnerships and resolve operational friction.

  • Oversee and evaluate budgets to identify fiscal adjustments proactively.

  • Event Strategy and Execution:

  • Organize high-level VIP gatherings, including dinners, luncheons, and social networking activities.

  • Liaise with facility management to secure flawless logistical execution.

  • Deliver technical on-site assistance during live events to maintain operational flow.

  • Organizational Unit Assistance:

  • Consolidate and address internal inquiries from various departments.

  • Supervise equipment tracking and refresh event inventory databases regularly.

  • Oversee Notion documentation to ensure data integrity on the partner portal.

  • Evaluate the quality of visual assets, including brochures, signage, and banners.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a parallel discipline.

  • Background or foundational knowledge in vendor research, account management, or event strategy.

  • Superior detail orientation and the capacity to balance multiple workflows.

  • High-level negotiation, verbal, and written interaction skills.

  • Proficiency with visual design tools like Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop is strongly suggested.

  • Existing authorization to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is unavailable).
