DHA Licensed General Nurse / Nursing Assistant (Home Care)

Dubai, UAE

Job Type:

Full-Time / Part-Time

Qualifications:
• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter as General Nurse or Nursing Assistant.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing (for General Nurse) / Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Knowledge of infection control, first aid, and emergency response procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:For General Nurse:
• Provide professional home-based nursing care to patients as per medical guidelines and care plans.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV infusions as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and record patient progress.
• Assist in rehabilitation, wound care, and post-operative care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and home care practices.
• Ensure compliance with DHA standards, policies, and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.

For Nursing Assistant:
• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility support).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients at home.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising nurse/physician.
• Support in maintaining patient hygiene and comfort.
• Help with basic medical tasks under supervision (checking vital signs, assisting with simple dressings).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for the patient.
