The successful candidate will take full ownership of the property’s day to day performance, ensuring excellence in service, profitability, and guest experience.

About the role:
• Oversee all aspects of beach club operations, including F&B, events, and guest services.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse, international team to deliver world-class standards.
• Drive commercial performance, focusing on revenue growth, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain strong brand identity and ensure consistency in service, presentation, and atmosphere.
• Build strategic relationships with local suppliers, partners, and the wider hospitality community.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

About You:
• Proven experience as a General Manager, Resort Manager, or Operations Director in a luxury beach club, lifestyle resort, or high-end hospitality venue.
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and people management skills.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences in a vibrant, social setting.
• Resilient, adaptable, and excited by the opportunity to live and work in a Caribbean island environment.
• Available for an immediate start or short notice period.
