Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring smooth and efficient running

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable dining experiences

• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop staff and management team

• Monitor and manage financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth

• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene

Person Specification

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a General Manager in the pub or hospitality sector

• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach

• Proven track record of increasing sales and managing profitable operations

• In-depth knowledge of pub operations, line management, and beverages

• Excellent people skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
