General Information

• Organisation: Premium Womenswear Retailer (International sales to UK, USA, and Germany)

• Role: Garment Picker

• Location: Just outside Rothley (Leicester area)

• Salary: £10.30 per hour

• Contract Type: Temp-to-perm (Initial 12-month temporary contract)

Shift & Schedule

• Working Hours: 2:20 pm – 10:20 pm (Late shift)

• Days: Monday to Friday

• Availability: Potential for weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Locating and selecting specific clothing items based on a physical picking sheet.

• Presentation: Carefully folding clothes to maintain the standards of a premium brand.

• Returns Processing: Dealing with incoming returned items and ensuring they are processed correctly.

• Stock Maintenance: Keeping the picking areas tidy and organized.

Candidate Requirements

• Physical Fitness: The role involves a significant amount of walking across “state of the art” warehouse facilities.

• Comfort with Heights: You may be required to pick items from high racking systems.

• Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to the Rothley/Leicester area.

• Attention to Detail: Important for ensuring the correct sizes and styles are picked for international orders.
