Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for families, offering reassurance and support.

• Manage the daily operations of the branch, maintaining high standards of service.

• Guide families through funeral arrangements, ceremonial duties, and planning options.

• Build trusted relationships with the local community to become the arranger of choice.

• Support bereaved families with funeral plans and provide guidance on available services.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

• Promote a caring, professional, and empathetic environment for clients and colleagues.

Person Specification

• Empathetic, professional, and confident with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Highly organised with attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with bereaved families and handling sensitive situations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to complete training on funeral services and plans.

Working Pattern & Benefits

• Full-time, 38.33 hours per week.

• Salary: £25,652 per annum plus commission (OTE £2–3k per annum).
