What does this team do?Delivery of our Audit work increasingly relies on the understanding large datasets, complex models, and the reporting produced from them.Our Data & Analyticsteam empowers our Audit and Assurance teams by providing the expertise to analyse, interpret and validate the data and models we receive from the businesses we audit.By using cloud-enabled technology and our expanding library of tools, we are able to automate complex data anddevelopinsights through advanced analytics. This enhances audit quality and efficiency across all industries and systems, transforming the future of audit.This role is crucial in ensuring we remain at the forefront of audit innovation, leveraging data and technology to deliver exceptional service.What skills and academic qualifications do I need?You will need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2026 for the Autumn 2026 intake.What kind of work will I do?Upon joining, you will receive comprehensive training designed to equip you with the skills necessary to tackle complex challenges for our diverse client portfolio.Throughout your career at Deloitte, you will be working with some of the largest listed and privately-owned firms in banking, insurance, and various corporate sectors. This comprehensive approach ensures you develop into a successful business professional, equipped to navigate diverse challenges and thrive throughout your career, underpinned by a strong technical foundation.Professional QualificationsAs part of your graduate opportunity, you will be required to study towards the globally recognised Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB) qualification. This will significantly expand your knowledge and expertise, giving you the confidence to excel in our audit practice.Whilst professional exams can be challenging, and will require a commitment from you, we in turn commit to providing you with the right support network to help you succeed. You will be given funded top-quality tuition, with a mix of classroom and self-managed learning sessions, a dedicated early careers coach, a People Leader and access to support from our professional education team.The qualification consists of six multiple-choice exams, you will be entitled to a maximum of two attempts at each exam. We will cover the cost of all mandated courses, permitted exam attempts and membership fees required for your Professional Qualification.
