Job Description

Full Time Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Various sites across Kent
Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week (shift pattern includes early starts from 5am and late finishes up to 8pm, weekend work required)
Licence Requirement: UK Manual Driving Licence

North Kent Cleaning Services is a rapidly expanding company and we are excited to offer an opportunity for a full time cleaning supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with previous supervisory experience in the cleaning industry who enjoys leading a team and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise cleaning staff to ensure high quality standards are consistently met across sites

• Allocate daily cleaning tasks per site as applicable

• Arrange cover for holiday and sickness

• Train both new and existing team members

• Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance and performance

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Undertake deep cleans as required

• Cover the cleaning side when required

• Perform other relevant duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in a cleaning supervisor role

• Valid UK manual driving licence

• Knowledge of COSHH regulations

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to learn

• Ability to lead a team effectively and also work independently
