The Role
We are looking for an inspiring Art Teacher who can deliver high-quality lessons that engage and motivate students. The successful candidate will be passionate about art and design, committed to providing a stimulating and supportive environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging art lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage and support students in developing their artistic skills and creativity.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Organise and display student artwork within the school.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
• Engage in continuous professional development.

Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Art or a related subject.
• Experience teaching art at the secondary level is preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for art and a commitment to student success.

Desirable:
• Experience in organising and leading extracurricular art activities.
• Familiarity with a range of artistic techniques and media.
• Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
