Candour is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer to join a thriving digital business in Macclesfield as they pivot from a traditional agency model into a dedicated software platform. With a salary range of £40k–£50k and a review after six months, this is a pivotal time to join an ambitious team where your work directly influences the product’s roadmap. You’ll be working on a variety of projects, particularly within the manufacturing and engineering sectors, turning complex physical processes into elegant digital tools. What we’re looking for

• Commercial experience across multiple projects / clients

• Strong PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js experience

• Comfortable working across different systems and priorities

• SQL, Git, and modern development workflows

• Agency or multi-project background preferred

Nice to have

• DevOps exposure

• Craft CMS

• Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or physical products

In this role, your daily focus will be building and maintaining robust web applications using Laravel and Vue.js.
