Job Summary: Fractional Chief Growth Officer (Head of GTM)

Estendio is a mission-driven accessibility start-up on a journey to redefine how neurodivergent students thrive in academia. Having already empowered thousands with “Present Pal,” we are now launching “Tailo”—an AI research companion built for learning integrity rather than shortcuts. We are seeking a senior, hands-on growth leader to steer our B2C validation phase. In 2026, our mission isn’t “growth at all costs”; it’s about proving deep, repeatable value and ensuring students choose an accessible, ethical alternative for their most important academic work.


Requirements and Skills

  • Strategy: Playbook ideation and deployment.

  • Experience with building and executing GTM strategy especially in a B2C market.

  • Own B2C Growth & Validation: Design and run experiments across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

  • Define Channels & Sequencing: Decide which channels to test (organic, community, light paid, etc.) and set clear budget caps.

  • Shape Messaging & Positioning: Own the B2C narrative and ensure messaging reflects trust, integrity, and learning-first support.

  • Work closely with Product & Engineering: Partner to improve activation and repeat use.

  • Orchestrate and Execute: Work with the existing Marketing Manager and freelancers.

  • What You’ll Own: Activation (first document uploaded), Second document uploaded within 7 days, 30-day retention, MAU growth rate, Organic vs paid acquisition mix, Qualitative user insight.

  • Curiosity & Pragmatism, Fast-Fail Mentality, Comfortable with Candour, and a Listen-to-Learn Personality.


Role Overview

As our Fractional Chief Growth Officer, you will own the end-to-end B2C validation strategy, moving beyond high-level planning to run real-world experiments that define our path forward. You will act as the bridge between product insights and market execution, identifying exactly where students find value and where they drop off. By managing a mix of organic and community channels, you’ll refine our “Tailo vs. ChatGPT” positioning and build a repeatable playbook for retention and engagement. This is a high-impact, 3-day-per-week role where your success is measured by qualitative user depth and sustainable Monthly Active User (MAU) growth.
