Overview

Spirit Employment & Training Inc. is looking for Temporary Warehouse Workers to join our team in Edmonton. This 3-6 month term can potentially lead to full time permanent employment.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for a wide range of duties supporting efficient and safe manufacturing and distribution of corrosion protection products
• Primarily working in the coke plant, packaging coke 

materials
• Manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of various Corrosion Protection products
• General warehouse duties including maintaining the condition of the warehouse
• Picking, shipping & receiving duties as needed
• Proactively follow all Health and Safety requirements
• Perform general maintenance, repairs and inspections of specific tools and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation
• Load & unload trucks as needed
• Operate forklift as needed

Qualifications
• High school Diploma or equivalent education
• 1 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Experience operating hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and specialized equipment
• Able to wear a respirator as required
• Able to regularly lift over 50 lbs.
• Forklift Operator certificate and experience helpful
• Welding and soldering experience helpful
• Will need CSTS & WHMIS
• May need to pass Pre-Employment drug & alcohol testing
