  • Position: Food Production Operative

  • Location: Nottingham (NG3)

  • Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

  • Shift: 8:30am – 6:00pm (shift end times may vary between 4pm–6pm)

  • Pay Rate: £13.68 per hour (inclusive of £1.47 holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cut, and process fresh fruit and vegetables.

  • Use knives safely and accurately to portion produce.

  • Work on a fast-moving production line meeting targets.

  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in food preparation areas.

  • Support colleagues for smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months’ food production experience.

  • Basic knife skills and tool-handling confidence.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.

  • Ability to focus and perform in fast-paced environments.
