• Measure, cut, and install a wide range of flooring materials including vinyl, carpet, laminate, timber, and safety flooring. • Prepare subfloors by cleaning, levelling, and applying appropriate underlays or adhesives. • Work accurately from plans and specifications to achieve high-quality results. • Maintain a tidy and respectful working environment in customers’ homes. • Inspect completed work to ensure a professional finish. • Communicate clearly and courteously with customers and colleagues. • Follow company health and safety policies at all times. Requirements • Proven experience as a Floorlayer, ideally with a focus on domestic work. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. • Full UK driving licence essential.
