King Henry VIII 3-19 School is looking for a dedicated and reliable professional to join our support team as a First Aid Administrator. Based at our comprehensive school site, this role is essential for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our entire school community. We are seeking an approachable individual who is passionate about student welfare and eager to contribute to our administrative and medical support systems.


Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

  • Hold GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above

  • Experience of working with children and young people.

  • Have experience of using good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Have experience of undertaking a range of administrative tasks

  • Be a self-motivated and enthusiastic worker


In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality first aid care to both students and staff members. Beyond immediate medical support, you will manage the organized maintenance of medication supplies and ensure that all first aid records are kept with meticulous accuracy. This position is ideal for someone with a professional manner who is ready to undertake specific first aid training and grow within a vibrant, student-centered educational setting.
