Working as an Electronic Monitoring Field Officer for our Electronic Monitoring Service is more than just a job, it’s the chance to be a part of something great, to join a team where your contributions are valued, and where you can positively impact the communities we serve every single day.

Working Hours:

• Average 37.5 hrs per week, rolling rota including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

• Evening shifts: 5pm to 1am, with flexibility for occasional earlier or later start/end times

• Rota provided approx. 10 weeks in advance to allow meaningful time off

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit individuals in their homes to install tagging equipment, working alone or with a Monitoring Support Officer

• Build confidence in the justice system while reassuring individuals of safety

• Support community reintegration and reduce pressure on the prison system

• Complete training and shadowing with experienced Officers/Mentors

Requirements:

• Commitment to helping others; previous work experience not essential

• Valid UK driver’s license

• Reasonably fit with good written and verbal communication skills

• Subject to Baseline Personnel Standard Security vetting, including right to work/identity checks, basic criminal record check, and employment/academic history verification
