Apt Resources, a reputable recruitment agency, is seeking a Female Guest Service Agent (GSA) for a 4-star hotel in Dubai. As a GSA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay. Responsibilities
• Welcome guests and assist them with check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Promptly respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and public areas
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
• Provide personalized recommendations to guests for dining, sightseeing, and entertainment options
• Prior experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic or other languages like Russian or German is a plus
• Must be in UAE
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera is a plus
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic Salary AED 1700 + fixed AED 500/- per month towards Service Charge plus sharing accommodation ( 2 in 1) plus duty meals and all other benefits as per UAE labor laws. A language allowance of AED 300 will be paid to those who can speak Arabic, Russian, French, or German
