Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on plant and facilities systems

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults confidently

• Maintain HVAC, control panels, and industrial building systems

• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards

• Work closely with production teams to optimise equipment performance

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and reports

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience within an FMCG or manufacturing environment

• Background or qualification in carpentry, plumbing, or engineering

• Basic electrical fault-finding capability

• Strong mechanical and electrical understanding

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to commute to the Canterbury, Kent area
