Job Overview
We are seeking Health, Safety & Wellbeing professionals at Manager and Senior Manager levels. You will lead, influence, and embed safety practices on large-scale infrastructure programmes, working alongside operational teams in high-risk, high-impact environments.
Responsibilities

Lead and support HSW professionals within delivery teams

Shape and maintain positive safety culture on-site

Influence risk identification, communication, and management

Collaborate with senior leaders, regulators, and project partners

Support teams in learning from incidents and improving outcomes
Requirements

Experience leading safety on major construction or infrastructure projects

Manager or Senior Manager level experience

Ability to balance high safety standards with delivery pressures

Strong interpersonal skills, caring about people as much as processes
