Job Overview
As an Experienced Waiter or Waitress at Palm by H2O, you will host and serve guests in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining environment. You will guide guests through the menu, deliver flawless table service, handle feedback professionally and uphold our exacting standards of presentation, timing and teamwork on every shift.
Responsibilities
• Provide professional, friendly and attentive table service throughout the guest journey
• Present menus, explain dishes and offer confident, informed recommendations
• Maintain high standards of table, bar and restaurant presentation and cleanliness
• Work efficiently during busy, fast-paced services while staying calm and composed
• Handle guest queries and feedback politely and proactively
• Contribute to a supportive, positive, team-focused front-of-house environment
Requirements
• Minimum one year experience as a waiter or waitress in busy hospitality or fine dining
• Fully flexible: able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
• Strong communication skills and confidence with guests
• Well-presented, punctual, reliable and professional at all times
• We are not accepting trainees or applicants without the required experience
• Right to work in the United Kingdom
Qualifications
• At least one year restaurant, customer service and food service experience
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service
• Confident, enthusiastic and able to stay calm under pressure
• Strong work ethic with a real desire to make every guest feel special
• Fluent English required; driving licence preferred but not essential
