The Schedule

This is a high-intensity weekend role. You must be available for:

• Friday Evenings

• All day Saturday

• Occasional Sundays

• Key Dates: Late nights/early mornings, Bank Holidays, and the Christmas period.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Level Mixology: Consistent preparation of cocktails, including shaking, stirring, and garnishing to brand standards.

• Service Under Pressure: Maintaining speed and accuracy during peak “rush” hours without compromising drink quality.

• Customer Engagement: Building rapport with regulars and driving sales through product knowledge and recommendations.

• Leadership Support: Acting as a “staple” within the team, assisting management in venue operations and maintaining standards.

• Consistency: Ensuring every drink looks and tastes the same, regardless of how busy the bar is.

Candidate Requirements

Experience & Legal

• Age: Must be 18+ (required for serving alcohol).

• Bartending: Minimum 1 year of professional experience (Required).

• Hospitality: Minimum 1 year of general experience (Required).

• Specific Skill: Proven experience specifically with cocktails is a non-negotiable.
