Summary of the Role
This isn’t a “training” role; they need a “plug-and-play” bartender who can walk in and manage a busy station immediately. The pay rate (£12.50–£14.00) is at the higher end for bartending in the East Midlands, which suggests they expect premium service and technical expertise.
Quick Tip: When emailing your CV, don’t just list where you worked. Mention a few classic cocktails you are confident making from memory (e.g., Old Fashioned, Pornstar Martini, Espresso Martini). Being able to discuss “specs” (measurements) immediately proves your experience to a bar manager.
