Your Path to Partnership

• The 12-Month Rotation: You will begin with a structured 12-month training program, rotating across diverse markets (Banking, Hedge Funds, PE) to find your niche.

• Research & Market Mapping: Become a market “encyclopedia.” You will map leadership structures of global competitors and identify the “passive” talent that standard recruiters can’t find.

• Strategic Advisory: Provide clients with real-time benchmarking and competitor insights, directly informing their hiring strategy for high-stakes leadership roles.

• Candidate Assessment: Shadow senior partners in interviews to learn how to evaluate the subtle nuances of leadership, cultural fit, and board-level gravitas.

Your Profile
