Role Overview

Ideal alongside auditions and rehearsal schedules, this ad-hoc position offers weekday daytime and evening shifts. You’ll work across a top corporate firm’s events, using your actor’s confidence and adaptability to greet guests, manage flows, and provide general front-of-house support wherever it’s needed on the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests, offering a warm, professional welcome
• Direct attendees to registration, meeting rooms and event spaces
• Support check-in, cloakroom and guest list management as required
• Assist with room turns, signage, set-up and reset between sessions
• Liaise with the in-house events team to respond quickly to requests
• Maintain immaculate presentation and uphold five-star service standards
• Represent SignatureStaff and the client brand with energy, discretion and enthusiasm

About You

• Professional, friendly and comfortable in highly polished, corporate environments
• Ideally previous experience in hospitality or front-of-house roles (corporate firms, 5* hotels/restaurants or private members clubs)
• Confident communicator, happy interacting with senior executives and VIPs
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow briefings accurately
• Looking for flexible, ad-hoc work that fits alongside an acting career

Shifts and Pay

• Monday to Friday only
• Daytime shifts: typically 5–8 hours
• Evening shifts: typically 4+ hours
• Flexible allocation to fit around your schedule
• Pay rate: £15.50–£17.15 per hour (role and client dependent)
