SE Commercial Services are recruiting for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Operative to work within a busy gym facility in the Townhead area of Glasgow. This is a lone-working position and includes key-holding responsibilities, so a high level of trust and professionalism is essential.
Hours:
• Monday – Friday: either 10:00pm – 11:30pm or 10:00pm – 1:00am (rota basis)
• One weekend shift: Satu
Total Weekly Hours: 10.5 (average)
Start Date: Immediate
Please note: Applicants must be available Monday–Friday for either shift pattern and available for one weekend evening, but actual working days will follow a rota.
Responsibilities:
• Cleaning of gym equipment, studios, changing rooms and washrooms
• Vacuuming, mopping, wiping and sanitising surfaces
• Emptying bins and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Securing the building at the end of the shift (key-holding duties)
• Following Health & Safety and COSHH procedures
Requirements:
• Previous cleaning experience is essential
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have a reliable travel plan for late-night finishes
• Comfortable working within a gym environment
• Trustworthy and responsible (key-holding role)
