Job Role
We are looking for a sensitive Nighttime Support Aide to join our group in Reading. This position is ideal for an individual who wants to create a meaningful change in the lives of senior citizens by offering the help they require in the ease of their residences during the late hours. Your duties will involve helping with nighttime schedules, offering social interaction, and maintaining a protected and cozy atmosphere for our patrons to appreciate their nights.
Key Responsibilities:

Help patrons with their nighttime schedules, including private hygiene duties like washing and attire selection.

Fix nighttime food and help with dining if required, following any nutritional guidelines.

Offer social interaction, participating in dialogue and joining in hobbies that patrons appreciate.

Carry out minor domestic chores to confirm patrons’ residential areas are tidy and cozy.

Provide medicinal prompts and help with preparations for retiring to bed.

Hours:
Late shifts, generally beginning at 6 pm and ending at 10 pm. Versatility is needed, with the chance of laboring on Saturdays and Sundays on a revolving schedule.
