Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Plant Operative. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating site-based vehicles, assisting in the maintenance of plant and equipment, and carrying out treatment of waste operations.
The ideal candidate will have operational knowledge of plant and equipment, excellent driving
skills, and experience within a similar operational manual handling role. Forklift licences and yellow plant licences are desirable but not essential.This is a fantastic chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to our mission of environmental responsibility and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate site-based vehicles including forklift trucks, wheeled loading shovel, rigid bulk tanker, and other mobile plant machinery.
• Assist in the maintenance of plant and equipment and processes.
• Carry out treatment of waste operations.
• Promote environmental awareness to contractors, visitors, and employees.

Requirements
• Fully qualified and experienced driver.
• Operational knowledge of plant and equipment.
• Knowledge of health and safety ideally to an IOSH standard.
• Previous experience within a similar operational manual handling role.
