Entry-Level Account Manager

Location: Luton, LU3
Salary: £25,000 + Commission (Structure discussed at interview)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday (8:30 AM–4:30 PM)

This is the perfect role for someone with a natural spark for sales, who thrives on the phone, and is eager to learn and grow as an Entry-Level Account Manager.

What you’ll do as an Entry-Level Account Manager:

This Entry-Level Account Manager role offers a 50/50 split between proactively winning new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You’ll:

• Proactively engage new prospects through targeted calls.
• Research new business opportunities online.
• Present offerings effectively via email.
• Follow up on leads and research potential clients.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving enquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to execute winning strategies.

What we’re looking for in an Entry-Level Account Manager:

We need a proactive, money-motivated Entry-Level Account Manager who’s ready to make an impact. You should have:

• Proven experience in an office-based customer service role.
• An excellent telephone manner.
• A full UK Driving Licence.
• A natural ability to negotiate and calmly resolve customer queries.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
