We are seeking a strategic Establishment Management Plan (EMP) Project Lead to join our team. This role is focused on delivering high-level asset management and strategic masterplanning for Defence Estate sites. You will act as a bridge between technical multi-disciplinary teams and senior government stakeholders, ensuring that critical infrastructure is optimized, sustainable, and aligned with national security objectives.
Qualifications & Experience

Experienced project lead in managing complex high-profile projects in the Defence and/or the Public Sectors.

Asset Optimisation and Estates Management strategy experience.

Excellent verbal and report writing skills.

Design, Building Surveying and Masterplanning skills.
-
Proven ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams.

Project management expert within area of specialism.

Experience of managing business relationships at executive level.

Security Requirement: Must have an active or transferable Security Check (SC Clearance) as a minimum.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the EMP lifecycle, from initial site analysis to the production of complex optimization strategies. Your daily impact involves navigating the unique challenges of the Defence sector, requiring a mix of technical building surveying knowledge and executive-level consulting. You will be accountable for project budgets and forecasts while leading multi-disciplinary teams through stakeholder presentations and site visits. By identifying opportunities for process improvement and strategic masterplanning, you help Arcadis deliver a lasting legacy of resilient, well-managed built assets for the public sector.
