Emergency Contact Centre Operator – Permanent
Site: Knowlhill / Milton Keynes
Schedule: 37.5 weekly hours, Wednesday through Sunday, 06:00 to 14:00 (incorporating bank holidays and necessary coverage)

The Function
Join a compact operational unit managing telephonic and electronic inquiries from clients who may be under significant pressure or upset. Utilizing our proprietary software (comprehensive instruction provided), you will react to notifications, coordinate theft investigations, and supervise urgent or mechanical breakdown requests with composure.
Primary Duties

Offer compassionate and assured assistance via phone and email, specifically for individuals in crisis.

Document and supervise vehicle misappropriation files and associated paperwork.

Categorize and oversee: EV power support, Urgent and Mechanical failure requests, adhering to established protocols and Service Level Agreements.
