Detailed Work Profile:The Elevator Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:Performing routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on elevators and escalators.Diagnosing malfunctions and carrying out necessary repairs to ensure safe and efficient operation.Responding promptly to emergency service requests and troubleshooting technical issues.Replacing faulty parts and conducting tests to ensure proper functionality.Maintaining detailed maintenance records and logs.Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations during work activities.Collaborating with other technicians and providing excellent customer service.Experience Required:Work Experience: Minimum experience in UAE as an Elevator Maintenance Technician.Salary Range: AED 3,000 to 4,000 (Depending on Experience).Number of Vacancies: 2Freshers Considered: NoEducation & Skills:Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.Special Courses: Certification in Elevator Maintenance is a plus.Communication Skills: Good (Proficiency in English and Hindi).Key Competencies:Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems and components.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.Strong safety awareness and adherence to protocols.Good attitude and behavior, with a focus on customer satisfaction.Personal Attributes:Punctual, reliable, and physically fit.Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls.
