Support Children’s Learning and Growth
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children, including those with complex communication and language needs. They
will be able to develop positive, nurturing relationships with the children and their families, and provide high-quality support to meet the needs of each child.This role requires someone who is motivated, patient, and able to work effectively as part of a team. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering excellent outcomes for all children and contributing to the school’s inclusive and supportive environment.
About the Role
• Support the learning and development of children in the classroom and beyond
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Prioritize the well-being and safety of children at all times
