Full-time 37-hour positions available – Female Only**
Earn a maximum of £24,307.67 annually on a proportional basis
Ark is hiring Full-time Care Associates at our Hoseasons location situated in the Clermiston district of Edinburgh.
The Hoseasons facility assists 5 individuals within Clermiston. All residents live on the same road as our headquarters, ensuring that team assistance is constantly accessible nearby. We assist individuals with diverse requirements, including neurodiversity and mobility impairments. Three residents necessitate round-the-clock assistance, with two requiring double-staffed care. The remaining two individuals receive intermittent help during the day, covering domestic, community, and pharmacological needs.
Kindly be aware that this position involves Sleepover* duties. • A sleepover duty involves performing tasks during the daylight hours, a slumber interval within the facility from 11pm to 7am, and resuming duties the following day. These shifts are generally 24 hours total, such as 10am to 10am or 3pm to 3pm. The slumber interval is separate from your agreed hours and is compensated with an extra payment of £100.80 per occurrence.

Your primary responsibilities will involve, but are not restricted to: • Collaborating with teammates as part of a productive and streamlined group to assist at-risk individuals. • Interacting and partnering effectively with residents to deliver personalized care and sustain professional bonds. • Managing the assistance of individuals during various tasks, providing constructive responses and motivation. • Refreshing and preserving precise logs utilizing a handheld device on the Ark Data Management platform.
