AXA Commercial is seeking a passionate and proactive Early Careers Consultant to join our dynamic people team. As we make our largest investment ever into expertise and skill development, this role is critical in building our future talent pipeline. You will be at the heart of our growth strategy, coordinating end-to-end development programs and ensuring that our interns, apprentices, and graduates have the best possible start to their insurance careers.
What you’ll be bringing:

Experience of working in a training co-ordination / Early Careers role, with multi-site / matrix complexity.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.

Future-focused mindset – a knowledge of skills-based thinking, educational pathways and external best practice is preferred.

Ability to innovate and bring new ideas and thinking.

Experience of developing products that continue to serve customers’ requirements beyond initial launch for example apprentice / intern or graduate programmes.

Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
In this role, you will act as the central hub for all early careers initiatives, from initial attraction and recruitment to long-term alumni tracking. Your daily impact involves planning high-energy learning experiences, managing vendor relationships for quality delivery, and using data-driven insights to continually improve our programs. Working within our “smart working” model, you will balance home-based planning with regular site visits across our main AXA locations, directly shaping the professional journey of the next generation of industry leaders.
