Conduct personalized driving lessons tailored to the individual needs and skill levels of each student, ensuring a relaxed and effective learning environment.Assess students’ driving abilities through practical evaluations, providing constructive feedback that fosters improvement and confidence behind the wheel.Stay updated on local traffic laws and regulations to ensure that all instruction is compliant and relevant to current standards.Manage lesson schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals for both students and instructors while minimizing cancellations.Promote road safety and responsible driving habits, emphasizing the importance of being a conscientious driver in the community.Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and feedback to track improvements and adapt teaching strategies as needed.Prepare students for their driving tests by conducting mock exams and reviewing test requirements, instilling the necessary skills and knowledge. Minimum 3 years old Manual UAE driving License.Strong educational background, preferably a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 12th passed (Higher /Senior Secondary)Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency being a significant asset for communicating with a diverse student base.Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster relationship-building and create a supportive learning environment for students.Strong organizational skills to effectively manage schedules, lesson plans, and student records with precision.Technical proficiency in using driving simulators and educational technology to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement.A friendly demeanor and patience, essential for guiding students through the learning process at their own pace.
