Job Overview:
Drivers will transport vulnerable individuals, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and comfort. You will work alongside escorts where applicable, maintain accurate records, comply with road safety regulations, and follow Council policies. Flexible hours include split shifts during school term time, with opportunities for additional work.

Requirements:

• Full Driving Licence (pre-1997) or post-1997 licence with minibus entitlement category D1/D

• Experience transporting individuals or groups safely

• Knowledge of Road Traffic Legislation and Highway Code

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate with people of varying abilities

• Ability to complete documentation accurately

• Willingness to undertake moving and handling operations with training
