Job Description

Document Centre Specialist manages accurate document production, liaises with clients, and ensures high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced legal environment.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents accurately and on time following templates and brand guidelines

  • Serve as a key interface for Document Centre clients

  • Build effective client relationships with trust and professionalism

  • Liaise with team members and Document Centre Managers

  • Cover workflow and maintain high-quality service delivery

  • Ensure compliance with company best practices and confidentiality standards

  • Support ongoing personal and professional development


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in document production, preferably in professional services

  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills under pressure

  • Initiative, judgment, and ability to work independently

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication skills, approachable, and team-oriented

  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work overtime or changes in shifts

  • Prior experience in legal document production and workflow management is advantageous


Hours & Location

  • Hours: 09:00 – 17:00

  • Location: Fully remote / Homeworker
