Job Overview
As Disrepair Manager, you will oversee the operational delivery of property repairs, surveying, and estate services. You’ll manage team performance, provide technical guidance, resolve complex issues, and ensure high-quality, timely service across North London.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational delivery for property repairs, surveying, and estate services

• Act as technical reference and escalation point for team members

• Allocate work, monitor progress, and review completion to ensure quality

• Provide guidance on processes and procedures to support the team

• Lead, coach, and manage team performance through appraisals and feedback

• Handle complex or non-standard works efficiently

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and managing teams in property or maintenance operations

• Strong coaching, performance management, and operational delivery skills

• Experience managing large, complex works programmes

• Ability to travel across the North London region as required

• Eligible to work in the UK; residing in England or Wales
