Requirements and Skills

  • Experience: 4–6 years in data product management or a closely related product-led role.

  • Domain Expertise: Experience in data-intensive products, ideally within regulated sectors like finance, tax, payroll, HR, or professional services.

  • Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of data quality, governance, and modern analytics tools, including AI and machine learning trends.

  • Stakeholder Mastery: Ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and non-technical business leaders.

  • Strategic Vision: Proven ability to define roadmaps, success metrics, and KPIs focused on insight adoption and business impact.

  • Tools: Proficiency in modern product, analytics, and collaboration tools, including AI-enabled software to accelerate delivery.


Role Overview

As the Director for Vialto Intelligence, you own the vision for how data is consumed across the entire Vialto ecosystem. Sitting at the intersection of AI, engineering, and design, you will lead discovery sessions to uncover the needs of global business leaders and translate them into a prioritized backlog. Your focus isn’t just on building reports; it’s about creating strategic assets that automate manual effort and provide predictive insights into global mobility risks and trends. You will balance immediate client needs with long-term platform scalability, ensuring every data product is built on a foundation of trust and governance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute the product vision for data, analytics, and insights across the global organization.

  • Discovery & Design: Partner with AI specialists and designers to convert complex requirements into high-impact, user-friendly product increments.

  • AI & Automation: Champion the introduction of advanced analytics and AI-enabled capabilities to reduce manual data processing.

  • Governance & Quality: Ensure all data products meet high standards of consistency and compliance within highly regulated environments.

  • Performance Monitoring: Use usage data and feedback loops to continuously evolve the product suite and improve insight relevance.


Compensation and Logistics

  • Salary: $161,400 – $230,000 USD (Base salary adjusted for geographic location, e.g., London market rates).

  • Location: Remote (Ideally based in London or New York).

  • Type: Regular, Full-time.
